Major Merchant Exception

A Major Merchant is defined as a Merchant with a new processing volume of $40,000 or more within the 1st calendar month of processing. Agent may place a Major Merchant on any tier, at his discretion. Once a tier is chosen, it is fixed for that Major Merchant for all future residual payments.

NOTES:

*New Processing Merchant: means a Merchant, submitted to and accepted by Meritt, who has processed at least: (i) $300.00 in Visa, MasterCard or Interac transactions; and (ii) five (5) Visa, MasterCard or Interac transactions.

**Upfront Residuals Bonus is calculated by multiplying the above factor by the Net Income of the month following when the Merchant is considered a New Processing Merchant (as defined above). The maximum Upfront Residuals Bonus per Merchant is $500.
